Este es una Planta Cervecera desarrollada por Blichman Engineering y forma parte de la línea de productos Pro Series. Este sistema viene con todo lo que requieres para elaborar cerveza. Lo único que necesitas adicional es un sistema de fermentación. Blichmann ha eliminado la problemática para configurar un sistema con esta planta cervecera horizontal.
Macera, lava, hierve y enfría con este sistema todo-en-uno. Esta planta es perfecta para el micro cervecero o como un sistema piloto para cervecerías más grandes.
Este sistema usa 3 tanques Boilermaker en un arreglo horizontal con 2 bombas Riptide para impulsar el agua y el mosto entre los tanques y a través del intercambiador de calor, Therminator, haciendo las sesiones de cocción algo muy sencillo.
Equipado con todos los accesorios que pudieras utilizar en la jornada cervecera, incluyendo poderosas resistencias eléctricas de 240V, controladores de temperatura, fondo falso, el sistema de AutoSparge para lavar el grano, dispositivo para el whirlpool en el hervidor, bombas Riptide y una mesa de trabajo cervecera de acero inoxidable con ruedas.
